Terms of Service - VPNi.io Free VPN Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VPNi.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VPNi.io. VPNi.io is a free, advertising-supported VPN service that secures your internet connection, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Description of Service

VPNi.io provides a free virtual private network (VPN) service that secures you by:

Routing your internet traffic through secure servers

Keeping no logs of your VPN traffic

The Service is completely free of charge and is supported by advertisements. The amount of free connection time available or the availability of rewarded ads
Connection speeds or bandwidth
Server locations or availability
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Compatibility with all devices or applications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or to change its free-time and advertising model, at any time without notice.

7. No-Logs VPN Policy

We operate the VPN with a no-logs approach. We do not log, monitor, or store the contents of your VPN traffic, including:

Your browsing history or websites visited
DNS queries or data content
Traffic data or application content

8. Advertising

VPNi.io is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob (Google Ads). 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VPNi.io IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties regarding service availability or reliability
